In the Amsterdam Circle, we take you through three short immersive sessions designed to address the challenges your company faces in accelerating its climate goals. For that, we draw on proven strategies both from global climate movements and successful corporate.

1.⁠ Establish Your Purpose: Every successful change begins with a strong sense of purpose. We help you align your personal motivation with broader systemic goals, inspiring commitment and meaningful action.

2.⁠ Organize Change: Through the Amsterdam Climate Circle, you'll receive innovative ideas, insights and mentorship from leaders and peers, to keep up your drive for change.

3.⁠ Drive Your Action with Campaigns: Short, time-bound campaigns have a proven ability to catalyze change. We'll guide you to create impactful campaigns tailored to your company's goals, from Rapid Decarbonization to integrating Nature-Based Solutions or fostering a Circular Economy.

What is the HERO Climate Circle?
The HERO Climate Circle is a collaborative group of climate leaders from different companies that aims to empower them to bring sustainability simply and systemically into the agenda of their companies. HERO facilitates it's creation and animation through their expertise in change management and movement building.
Who can join as a Climate HERO in our Amsterdam Climate Circle Cohort?
You've been selected to join the Amsterdam cohort of Climate Heroes. Participation is completely voluntary and free of charge. After this cycle, to continue driving specific climate goals within your company, and if you are interested in continuous support for the Circle, we're happy to discuss and provide a tailored quote on request.
How can a Climate Circle expand to drive more action within my company?
Upon the completion of this initial campaign of 3 Action Modules, HERO can support the continuation and expansion of your Climate Circle. As part of our annual service, we provide quarterly campaigns with action modules tailored to meet your company's specific climate goals, accelerating your progress. Additionally, we track the impact of the actions taken and assist in communicating these to your employees and stakeholders. Details of our Action Module catalog and services can be shared upon request. Please note, this extended support is an additional service, separate from the initial free and voluntary offering.
What kind of certification and benefits will participants receive?
Participants in the program receive leadership training, immersive experiences, and the opportunity to spearhead sustainability initiatives within the company, fostering both personal and professional growth. They will also earn a Climate HERO LinkedIn Certification.
What time commitment is expected from me as a HERO if I join the Climate Circle?
Your participation involves joining three key Action Modules: one in-person, and two digital. This equates to just a few hours spread across the duration of the campaign.
