Our expert-led approach is built upon tested principles from both climate movements and successful corporate change. Here’s our methodology designed to empower you:

2.⁠ Organize Your Change: Through Climate Circles, you'll receive year-round, curated support and expert mentorship tailored to empower climate leaders like you.

3.⁠ Drive Your Action with Campaigns: Short, time-bound campaigns have a proven ability to catalyze change. We'll guide you to create impactful campaigns tailored to your company's goals, from Rapid Decarbonization to integrating Nature-Based Solutions or fostering a Circular Economy.

[Your Company]'s Climate Circle is a collaborative group of leaders in your company that aims to bring sustainability simply and systemically into the agenda of the whole company. HERO facilitates it's creation and animation through their expertise in change management and movement building.

Who can become a Climate HERO and what does it entail?

A Climate HERO is an individual leader within your company who is committed to driving sustainability in your company. These leaders are onboarded into a Climate Circle and guided by HERO through three 1-hour Action Modules. This training culminates with these leaders choosing systemic actions, such as implementing recycling programs or designing to reduce packaging waste in products, that can deeply integrate sustainability into your company's operations. Subsequently, they take the lead in rallying a larger group of climate champions during quarterly campaigns to execute these actions.

How is the Climate Circle expanded to involve more employees?

Following onboarding and action planning, Climate Heroes engage more coworkers into implementing climate action. HERO supports these leaders in managing change and communications, ensuring the sustainability efforts extend across the company through strategic quarterly campaigns on subjects like the circular economy or corporate sustainability reporting.

What kind of certification and benefits will participants receive?

Participants in the program receive leadership training, immersive experiences, and the opportunity to spearhead sustainability initiatives within the company, fostering both personal and professional growth. They will also earn a Climate HERO LinkedIn Certification.

What time commitment is expected from me as a HERO if I join the Climate Circle?

Climate HERO's are expected to dedicate time to each Action Module for the quarterly campaigns conducted throughout the year. These include workshops, talks, and immersive experiences that amount to a few hours during each campaign.
