Stage 1: Transform your strategy into a movement.
In 2 weeks, we train 10-15 employees to become Climate Heroes to lead and advocate for change within your company. They'll connect with climate campaigners and experts globally and learn how to drive change within your organization.
Stage 2: It’s time to grow your movement.
We then inspire a larger group, the Climate Champions, to take action towards your company's climate goals. We run several short sprints throughout the year to trigger a systemic action that each of these employees can take.

Who can become a Climate HERO and what does it entail?
A Climate HERO is one of 15 leaders that want to lead and advocate for change within your company. These heroes participate in a 2-week sprint with 4 1-hour Action Modules to choose a series of systemic actions that employees can do to integrate sustainability deep in the company operations. They then lead to recruit a wider group of champions.
How will the Climate Champion phase expand the movement?
Climate Heroes recruit additional team members to join the movement, focusing on spearheading sustainability through three subsequent sprints on topics like circular economy and corporate sustainability reporting.
What kind of certification and benefits will participants receive?
The program provides leadership training, immersive experiences, and the opportunity to lead impactful sustainability initiatives within the company, enhancing both personal and professional growth. Participants will earn a Climate HERO LinkedIn Certification.
What time commitment is expected from employees that join a Climate Circle?
As a HERO in a Climate Circle, employees need to dedicate time for each sprint's Action Modules - typically there are 3 sprints thoughout the year. These include workshops, talks, and immersive experiences, amounting to a few hours during each sprint, in addition to their regular responsibilities, but we are happy to adapt to your company needs.
